Module 2 | GENERAL PRESENTATION OF KINEMATICS AND DETECTION

Presentation of the platform and accessories
Commissioning of the platform and PTO
Stabilization with servo detection
Basket with servo detection
Validation condition for basket rotation
Overload detection, tilt detection, outrigger lift and basket door
Outreach management controller
Emergency stop

Module 3 | PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

Hydraulic oil change and turret swivel reducer
Greasing of axes and joints
Greasing of the slides
Adjusting the chains
Adjusting the telescope wedges
Visual inspection of the structure
Checking the tightness of the slewing bearing
Checking and filling the water level of the auxiliary batteries

Module 4 | CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE

Introduction to reading electrical and hydraulic diagrams
Fault simulation and diagnosis on diagram

Module 5 | DEGRADED MODE OPERATION ON MEWP

Activating Emergency Mode - Performing Troubleshooting Mode
Practical deployment exercise in rescue mode

At the end of this training course you will be able to :

Master the key points and basic principles of maintenance of your equipment
Establish a breakdown diagnosis of electrical and hydraulic origins
Identify the different components, detections and characteristics of the MEWP
Apply the manoeuvres for repositioning the basket in the event of total loss of energy, malfunction
