This year, for the first time, France Elévateur took part in the 12th edition of the JDL EXPO with our colleagues from TIME Manufacturing Company. Together with Ruthmann, Movex and Versalift, we were present at the Palais des Congrès in Beaune on June 21, 22 and 23.
Our 400-square-metre stand allowed us to welcome our clients and guests in a friendly, if sometimes rainy, atmosphere around tastings of Serrano ham and other charcuterie straight from the South-West of france.
This year, the group was keen to present new, envrionmentally-friendly electrical solutions to meet current market needs. For this, we presented the evolution of the identity of our hybrid and electric range, that is now the Blue Impact ; for the impact of innovations and new technologies on less CO2-emitting operations.
We also exhibited 6 of our carrier-mounted aerial work platforms: our new e-UPTO 15 on Master e-Tech and the new e-TOPY 11 on Ford e-Transit, an ATL 15 on Ford Ranger and TLH 16 on Renault Master from Movex, a T 700 Ruthmann and finally the new V-200 from Versalift. At the same time, a Bluelift spider lift was on show: the SA 18 Hybrid
Also new this year, we were very proud to unveil the fruit of a versy special collaboration: a 182 TPM awp mounted on Unimog! The result of this partnership between France Elévateur and UNIMOG was on display on the Daimler Truck France stand, and we’d like to thank them once again for this opportunity and for their trust.
Among the aerial work platforms on display were some cutting-edge innovations:
France Elévateur’s latest range of awp, UPTO, welcomed its first model, the UPTO 15, at the end of last year. For the JDL, we were able to give an exclusive presentation of the e-UPTO 15, the same model mounted on a Renault Master e-Tech forwarder, a 100% electric machine at the the cutting edge of innovation.
Thanks to its HLE 960 steel arm and laser welding, we were able to increase the payload by almost 30%, and the innovative control system technology uses 20% less energy. These improvements make it possible to fit the Renault Master e-Tech, offering an alternative clean mobility solution for a wide range of needs.
Its 300 Ah/12V lithium battery provides a range of up to 204 km according to the WLTP standard (manufacturer’s data). Its lightness and efficiency will enable you to reach new heights, so stay tuned for the range’s forthcoming expansion…
The latest generation of this emblematic range, the e-TOPY 11 model on Ford E-Transit brings together all the evolutions needed to optimize your work through recognized simplicity of use on all type of terrain and for many fields of activity.
High payload and range are the strong points of this clean, 100% electric mobility proposition. Performance, reliability and economy are the cornerstones of the new e-TOPY 11.
What’s more, this aerial work platform is equipped with a hydraulic power unit and a Ford “Forte Puissance” pack, and offers a range of 317 km according to the WLTP standard (manufacturer’s data).
Based on the TLR 16 model, a universal tool for many trades that work at height, this TLH 16 version on the Renault Master uses a lithium battery pack and is ideally suited to urban work.
Electric operation is optimized by partially recharging the battery when the vehicle is on the move. Easy to use and reliable, its use is facilitated by its stabilization in the vehicle’s gauge with its 4 H+H hydraulic outriggers, which ensure safe working.
The V-200 exhibited at the JDL was the first model in Versalift’s new series of top-of-the-range telescopic boom lifts on 3.3-ton chassis!
Its powerful telescopic platform is mounted on a 3.5-ton Iveco Daily with a 3750-mm wheelbase, reducing the turning radius and guaranteeing optimum machine manoeuvrability.
It is also equipped with automatic stabilization as standard, and has a maximum outreach of 14 meters in the full working pattern (360°), with outriggers leveling capability at 5°/5°.
Eventually, there’s enough payload to install additional Versalift hybrid systems, such as the e-Tech lithium battery system.
The entire TIME Manufacturing Company group would like to thank its customers and partners for visitng our stand, and the entire JDL organization for making the event such a success.
